Regular Plot

Everyone knows this, right? But, we'll just put this to compare with the hidden one.

So, the plot is basically a half-demon that is shunned by humans and demons while a modern girl from Tokyo, Japan comes from 500 years in the future only to find out that she is the reincarnation of that the miko the half-demon loved in the past. Fun. Yup, sure is, but there's more! Naraku, who killed Kikyou, who thought it was Inuyasha and pierced him to a tree (for the life of me cannot remember the name xx), got the Shikon Jewel, which is a powerful jewel, to make a wish come true. Kagome shattered it with an arrow which is the main thing of the story-get all pieces before Naraku before all hell breaks loose. It's your average anime basically-just with demons. Major action, suspense and a bit of romance. It's kind of obvious who ends up with who. Of course, the manga isn't finished yet but so far-some of those volumes were quite useless since Naraku keeps escaping, Tetsusaiga, a powerful sword made by Inuyasha's and Sesshoumaru's father's fang (got to love the commas) and pretty much could be on it's own by now by sucking in power and all that. It's like a shampoo really. Loose Naraku, find more shard pieces, find him, drama, and repeat.

Now, for those who are going, "What the hell?" I don't blame you. The plot is so....expanded that I had to think of what happened in between. Seriously. Most of it is fillers and all that good stuff. I even skipped some stuff if you Inuyasha watchers/readers didn't notice.

Now, compare this with the hidden plot.
